| GENERAL OBJETIVE | |
| Facilitate growth opportunities with existing customers and identified partners by driving strategic initiatives that increase revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while securing new client deals generated by the SDR team and fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention. | |
| KEY RESPONSABILITIES | |
| 1. Facilitate the effective management of leads and existing clients by tracking requests, inquiries, and business opportunities, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. | |
| 2. Take ownership of new client opportunities generated by SDRs, effectively managing them through the sales pipeline to successful closure. | |
| 3. Provide feedback and support to SDRs to enhance prospecting activities and improve the quality of opportunities generated. | |
| 4. Record and update relevant information about customers and prospects in CRM tools to ensure continuous and effective follow-up. | |
| 5. Facilitate the resolution of customer issues or inquiries by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely communication with clients. | |
| 7. Work closely with partners, including SN and Monday representatives, to support the execution of tailored strategies that meet partner-specific goals. | |
| 8. Manage a portfolio of expansion accounts, ensuring consistent engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. | |
| 9. Conduct customized product and service presentations, showcasing added value to address specific customer requirements. | |
| 10. Comply with and encourage compliance with rules and procedures established in the organization. | |
